The rooms here are impressive, huge, with comfortable beds, and the staff keep them well organized, while the bathrooms are fairly clean.

The breakfast and location

Had a reserved room for spa bath and was put in wrong room and then they had to credit my card back. And I also think that there was bed bugs or fleas in the room and or bed because I have a bunch of bites on my body sense my 2nd day of stay.

The venue was exceptionally comfortable, I appreciated the stay and the location was absolutely perfect not far from airport area, the Irving Convention Center, and a business district of the road. Good-sized room with a jetted tub, had a very very good stay. Plenty of food for breakfast, it was great.

Incredible service and immaculate rooms featuring a relaxing jacuzzi, complemented by a flat-screen TV, cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe.

It was clean, the guy at the front desk was really nice and helpful.

I was overcharged for my stay there. gave them a call to explain, they said we will call you back, never heard from them again. I paid about $170 when I was supposed to pay around $130.

The location was perfect, just down the street from my office building. The Las Colinas district was really cool to explore. The rooms here were great, with comfy beds and a jetted tub that was a nice touch. 🛁

The room here was a good size, but unfortunately, the shower wasn't working. On the bright side, there was a jetted tub and Jacuzzi to make up for it! 🛁 The free breakfast had a nice variety of options to choose from.

I failed to use the hotel airport shuttle. I needed to explain my location, but failed due to my not sufficient English.

The building and rooms here are really nice, and they even have a spa tub available, plus there are plenty of delicious breakfast options provided.

The front desk staff learned my name and used it every time they saw me; very friendly folks; breakfast foods very good; snacks and cookies were a nice touch.

There is no easy way to get here---even with a GPS---and there are no close gas stations or places to eat. Very confusing part of town, but that's not the hotel's fault.

Arrived at night. Unable to block bright parking lot light from window and shinning on one bed entirely. Easily able to hear patrons walking around in room above us, very annoying.

Nice and tidy rooms with a comfy king-size bed, also includes a complimentary breakfast! 🥞 Awesome location that's only a 15-minute stroll away from First Baptist Church.

There is no shuttle service to airport or arrangements even told in advance

The breakfast was pretty good and included in the stay, the room was clean and spacious, and they provide room keys for return guests along with a Jacuzzi.
